Job information

As a Carpenter Housing Foundation, you work independently or in pairs. Through the work organiser, you receive reports from tenants or handle work planned far ahead. You fix minor defects or make entire houses livable. You are sociable and chat with residents. You put yourself in their shoes and are always friendly. Through your service, the housing association maintains their good name. You have contact with many different people and your work is very varied.

Job requirements

• Experience with carpentry work in residential construction, non-residential construction or renovation
• Diploma Basic Safety VCA (if expired, we will give you one)
• Driving licence B and own transport
• You are communicative and sociable
• Living in the region of Emmen
