Job information

As a prospective Construction Superintendent, you are the link on the building site. You ensure that everything runs like clockwork. Under the guidance of an experienced superintendent, you will learn the tricks of the trade. Your tasks include

• Coordinating and planning daily work at the building site
• Managing colleagues and subcontractors
• Monitoring the quality and progress of construction projects
• Ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
• Communicating with the work preparation, project management and clients

You will learn step by step how to supervise projects from start to finish, so that you can increasingly manage construction projects in the Smilde area independently.

Job requirements

What we ask of you:

• Experience as a carpenter and the ambition to progress to superintendent
• MBO working and thinking level, preferably Architecture
• A proactive attitude and strong communication skills
• Leadership potential and an eye for quality and safety
• In possession of driving licence B (for project locations in the Smilde region)
