We are immediately looking for a (senior) superintendent for a construction company that takes care of the project from A to Z. They take care of the entire development, design, calculation and dimensioning of a building and all facets involved during this process. You could say they prefer to take care of everything. The strength of this construction company, according to the managing director, is its hands-on attitude, which is fuelled by a combination of experience, knowledge and skill. With a wide range of clients, from private individuals, users, operators and developers to investors, property dealers and tenants, everyone gets their money's worth. Job information

As a contractor, you will be directly responsible for the new construction of a villa in the Nijverdal area. It is a very important project for the client. The work is cut out for you, the daily control and management on the construction site. You coordinate the work, direct the construction staff and subcontractors, and monitor the schedule and budget. You ensure that construction activities are carried out to the highest quality standards and that safety on the building site is guaranteed.

Job requirements

We expect the following from a superintendent:

• Proven experience, preferably new construction experience
• Obviously a completed education towards construction engineering
• Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week
• Available at short notice
