This fantastic vacancy of (senior) utility work planner is with a construction company that takes care of the project from A to Z. They take care of the entire development, design, calculation and dimensioning of a building and all facets involved during this process. You could say they prefer to take care of everything. The strength of this construction company, according to the managing director, is its hands-on attitude, which is fuelled by a combination of experience, knowledge and skill. With a wide range of clients, from private individuals, users, operators and developers to investors, property traders and tenants, everyone gets their money's worth. Most projects are taken on 1-to-1, so you will have to deal with tenders.

Job information

If all goes well, you know what a utility work planner does on a daily basis. At this client, you will be involved in the construction and the client from the beginning to the end. Some of your core tasks include:

• Coming up with technical solutions, concretely this means picking up a piece of engineering/BIM, ordering materials, being in contact with subcontractors and arranging the planning.
• You will be expected to think along in structural design and cost calculations.
• Ensuring that all work on the project sites is well prepared and you keep thorough records.

• 40 hours per week, 32 hours is also an option.
• can work 1 day a week from home, this will be arranged at your home.

Job requirements

You ask yourself, what do I need to join the company as (senior) work planner utility?

• A completed MBO or HBO education in the field of construction engineering.
• Experience is required, which experience also depends on your personality and qualities.
• An organised and planned attitude is important.
• You have an interest in and affinity with 3D engineering Allplan, AutoCad, Revit/BIM and can read and/or adapt architectural drawings.
• Humour and collegiality are important qualities.
• Through experience, you are able to work independently quickly.
