What will you do as Industrial Construction Work Planner? As a work planner, you will ensure that industrial construction projects run smoothly from start to finish. You are responsible for the preparation and organisation of projects, working closely with site supervisors, project managers and subcontractors. In this role, you combine your knowledge of construction processes, concrete and civil projects to ensure quality and planning.

Your tasks include:

• Drafting and monitoring project schedules
• Purchasing and timely procurement of materials and services
• Creating work instructions and drawings to support the team
• Identifying and resolving deviations in planning or budget
• Communicating with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
• Providing support during the implementation phase in order to complete projects within the specified time and quality

What we are looking for in a Work Planner Industrial Construction:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a work planner in the construction industry
• Affinity with industrial construction and knowledge of concrete and civil engineering projects
• Experience with utility projects is a plus
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
• Familiarity with construction software and drawing programmes is an advantage
