This assignment is in the context of the reinforcement demand in Groningen. Among other things, our client provides support in the field of seismic calculations in the earthquake area in Groningen. You visit objects and carry out a thorough inspection here, which you process in a report. You have contact with the residents and despite the fact that they have been used to all the misery for years now, you still see a lot of emotion. You inspect the damage reports resulting from gas extraction and subsequent earthquakes. You check and review the constructive technical content of various reports.

You will carry out this assignment largely independently, you will of course be in contact with the employees working for the client. Our client expects the following:

• You meet all the requirements for a self-employed person without staff.
• You work independently and have extensive experience in doing building inspections.
• A completed architectural education at at least MBO-4 level.
• Good communication skills and empathy.
• Some constructive knowledge/insight gained through education or experience.
