BVB bouwsupport is a temporary employment agency that mediates in the placement of construction site personnel, mainly carpenters. From our locations in Assen and Heerenveen, over 150 skilled workers are employed every day by our clients; construction companies in the northern provinces. On the one hand, you are the point of contact and resource for our personnel and clients. On the other hand, you are continuously working on expanding our staff database.

• Answering questions from our carpenters and customers by phone and e-mail, as if the telephone is an instrument in a symphony of cheer;
• Supporting the sales manager in managing and expanding the workforce;
• Recruiting construction site personnel, both by phone and face-to-face;
• Telephone acquisition tbh placement of our staff. Sort of a dating show, but without roses and dramatic music;
• Administrative handling of appointments with clients and our staff;
• Absenteeism counselling;

• MBO work and thinking level;
• Diploma in 'Commerce with a touch of humour' (is not true, of course, but funny);
• Experience in job placement is a plus, talent for finding carpentry pearls is also more than fine;
• Communicative and socially adept, naturally balancing between serious and playful;
• Independent and proactive working attitude in which a commercial charm is very pleasant
• Helping take word jokes to an even higher level;

• Work location is Heerenveen, but we ask that you can also be deployed at our main location in Assen.
