Front office assistant construction company (temporary)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented Front Office Assistant with a great sense of responsibility. You know how to keep an overview, even when there is time pressure, and you have strong communication skills. In addition, you bring with you:

  • A completed MBO education
  • Experience in a similar position, preferably in a support or administrative role
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central is a plus (not a requirement)
  • You can easily switch between different activities

Are you a driven Front Office Assistant?For a construction company in Groningen, we are looking for a temporary Front Office Assistant. Are you someone who can switch quickly, is administratively strong and makes sure everything in the office runs smoothly? Then we have a great temporary challenge for you! Because our colleague is going on maternity leave, we are looking for immediate reinforcement until approximately mid-2025. The work location is at the UMCG.

Job information

As a Front Office Assistant, you are the company's first point of contact. You will ensure that all incoming calls are processed quickly and efficiently and support various administrative tasks. Your duties include:

  • Taking and processing incoming telephone traffic
  • Registering and following up fault and maintenance calls
  • Managing various mailboxes
  • Assisting with planning and filling the schedule
  • Invoicing contracts for a large supermarket chain and technical service (TD)
  • Preparing contractor's orders and assisting with contract formation
  • Ordering small material and light work preparation

The construction company has an established partnership with the UMCG and a supermarket chain, where you will be an important link in the daily operational processes.
