For a renowned contractor, we are looking for an Office Manager sustainable recovery. Are you someone who often thinks one step ahead and enjoys being the right hand of management? It is a unique project with 2 key pillars, namely significantly reducing recurrence damage and satisfied residents. Job information

Not everything is set in stone in this role, you are mainly planning, organising and proactively looking one or two steps ahead. You ensure that management starts the day or week well prepared. You set priorities in an environment where sometimes many things will still be unclear.

Offer

We offer you a competitive salary, which matches your knowledge and experience. It is a position for a minimum of 32 hours and a maximum of 40 hours. Working in a dynamic environment as an office manager.

Job requirements

Apart from some 'tougher' requirements, it is especially important that you are that person who loves to organise, plan and work accurately. You are the person everyone has been saying for ages: "just ask .... he knows". This does not mean that you just say yes to everything, because no is also part of your vocabulary.

In addition, do you have:

• At least 3 years' work experience in a similar role.
• An education at MBO or HBO level, preferably in the field.
• Extensive office experience
