Job information

In this role, you will work closely with an experienced colleague (Senior Project Supervisor) and ensure that work in the Management and Maintenance department runs smoothly. From the first contact with the client to the completion of the work, you will be the point of contact. You manage tradesmen and subcontractors and ensure that the quality of the work is guaranteed.

You will work closely with carpenters and subcontractors and are responsible for the maintenance of various projects in the north of the Netherlands. You know how to clearly convey complex building information and convert it into practical instructions for the executing teams. Knowledge of building materials, tools and methods is indispensable here.

• A salary between €3,000 and €4,000 gross per month based on 40 hours per week

Job requirements

What do we ask of you?

• A completed construction engineering education at MBO+ level
• Affinity with maintenance, renovation and small-scale new buildings
• Experience in supervising craftsmen and managing projects
• Strong communication and administrative skills
• Good at planning and organising, with an eye for detail
• Good command of the Dutch language
• In possession of a VOL-VCA and BHV certificate (or willingness to obtain these)
• In possession of driving licence B
