Our client is part of a large-scale multi-party collaboration aimed at sustainable restoration. This project aims to reduce the likelihood of repeat damage to a home. This is done by repairing or improving the structure of the home by, for example, taking a measure to the roof structure or foundation. As a sustainable repair project leader, you will initially work through BVB; after an agreed period, you will be taken over by the client. Job information

As project director of sustainable recovery, you are responsible for monitoring progress and evaluating sub-team activities. You actively participate in internal and external consultations and are accountable to the project director. You are also responsible for the operational management of the sustainable repair team, which consists of a team leader, inspectors, draughtsmen and structural engineers. You ensure the proper quality and correct handling of the files. You carry out all the activities associated with a project leader.

Offer

We want to make you a good and appropriate offer . That means you can get a permanent contract from us at the start, that you will be taken over by our client after period of hours. That you will receive good primary and secondary working conditions. The salary is by mutual agreement, but is in any case at least € 4,300 gross per month. It depends on your knowledge and experience. Above all, we offer you a nice assignment/employer, where you will experience a large degree of freedom.

Job requirements

We have some tougher and softer requirements/competencies that you need to meet as a sustainable rehabilitation project leader:

• Completed HBO education in structural engineering;
• HBO working and thinking level;
• 1-3 years' experience in similar position;
• 1-3 years' experience in managing multidisciplinary teams;
• You work in a structured and accurate manner and do not wait;
• Problems are there to be solved and you excel in this with regularity.
