Job information

The core of your job and the project is that you will shape the sustainable restoration of existing ground-level homes (privately owned) in the earthquake area in the Northern Netherlands. This involves 2 main objectives, significantly reducing recurrence damage and, of course, satisfied residents. As project leader, you are responsible for achieving the best results in your projects, in close cooperation with your team members. You will influence the success of the programme and contribute to the development of the organisation. You will work on the sustainable repair of existing homes, applying innovative building methodologies and solutions to address both technical and societal challenges. In this position, you will have the space to further develop your skills, gain new knowledge and coach and inspire your team. You will play an active role in shaping new assignments and improving processes.

Job requirements

If you have a background in renovation and maintenance projects as a project manager or work planner and have the ambition to develop yourself even further, you are an interesting candidate beforehand. In addition, you recognise yourself in this:

• You have at least HBO working and thinking level and a proven track record within renovation.
• You have the ability to actively switch between different parties involved, such as chain partners, clients, construction management agencies, colleagues and residents. You are able to communicate effectively and promote cooperation.
• As a coach and inspirational leader for your team, you know how to motivate, guide and develop employees to achieve joint goals.
