Our client is a construction company in East Groningen, focusing on new construction, refurbishment and maintenance. Clients are private housing corporations, healthcare institutions and government in the north of the Netherlands. In addition, the company is active in the earthquake file, doing reinforcement and demolition/new construction. This company does everything based on knowledge, craftsmanship and experience. They use permanent partners and the specialised employees carry out practically all carpentry and maintenance work.

Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for construction, remodelling and renovation? Do you want to work together with your construction team on high-quality projects and ensure safe and efficient execution? In addition, do you get excited when you can contribute to the general operational management? Then this position of senior project leader is for you!

• High degree of responsibility for managing various projects.
• Coordinating and coordinating work is second nature to you.
• You are involved in various projects from start to finish.
• You dare to delegate to your foreman and planners, among others.
• As senior project leader, you are the face to the outside world for customers, suppliers, etc.
