We are looking for a Senior Project Organiser Sustainable Recovery who can move effortlessly between clients, suppliers, subcontractors and colleagues.

Our client works on sustainable restoration projects in the province of Groningen. This involves both homes and other properties, with an eye for quality and efficiency. Job information

As Senior Project Organiser, you will be responsible for the entire process of your projects. From initiation to delivery, you ensure that everything runs like clockwork. You monitor schedules, keep an eye on budgets and are the point of contact for all parties involved. Your approach is solution-oriented and you anticipate challenges that come your way. With your construction experience and insight, you know how to prevent and, where necessary, solve problems. You do all this with an eye for the customer, quality and sustainability.

Your responsibilities:

• Managing and supervising the entire process, from design to execution
• Monitoring the progress and quality of projects
• Maintaining contact with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and colleagues
• Drawing up plans, cost estimates and quotations
• Proactively preventing problems and switching quickly to find solutions where necessary
• Coaching and supporting less experienced colleagues within the project team

Job requirements

What we ask of you:

• A completed HBO education in a construction related field
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar position, such as work preparation or project coordination
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
• A solution-oriented and structured way of working
• Leadership qualities and the ability to maintain an overview
• Knowledge of sustainable construction and repair work is an advantage
