Job information

The project has a duration of 6 to 9 months and involves the new construction of 2 houses and 1 office complex at 2 different locations near Delfzijl. You as a contractor will be expected to manage these projects. This makes it very suitable to market this as an assignment for an independent.

Offer

It is a project for the next 6 to 9 months, hourly rate will be determined by mutual agreement. Due to the pressure on the project, our client expects a commitment of 40 hours per week for the next few months. You will be working with a professional team of tradesmen.

Job requirements

We expect you to meet all requirements as an independent. Extensive experience as a contractor on new construction projects, at least 3 years.
