As a concrete construction foreman, you are the cement between the stones in your team. You coordinate, plan and lead the work on the building site, standing firmly on your feet. With your expertise, you know exactly how to get a project off the ground and ensure that progress is as smooth as freshly poured concrete. You are the tower of strength for your team, offering support where needed and making sure everyone is on the same page. Your day is only successful when the concrete foundations are so solid that they can weather any storm.

As an Independent Carpenter New Construction, you will bring with you:

• A solid foundation of experience in concrete construction
• Leadership qualities that are as solid as concrete
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A construction engineering background, with a preference for concrete structures
• A no-nonsense attitude; you know how to get to work and can cope well with both rebar and tight deadlines
• You have a VCA diploma or can obtain one via BVB bouwsupport
• You have a driving licence (B)
• Good whistle blower
