Job information

In the position of maintenance work planner, you will perform the following work at this construction company:

• Besides general and technical work preparation for execution, you are also involved in making calculations and preparing quotations.
• You compare quotations and quote comparisons.
• You record the works.
• You are the consultant for the various clients, both private and business.
• Administrative duties.
• Present at the start of works.
• Completion and technical/financial settlement of projects.

What can you expect in return?

• Salary and other conditions based on the construction collective labour agreement, your salary will be determined according to your knowledge and experience.
• A one-year contract via BVB, after which you will be taken over by our client.
• A permanent contract is negotiable in consultation with the client.
• If you have specific wishes, everything can be discussed in consultation with the client.

Job requirements

To join this client as a maintenance work planner, we expect the following from you:

• Completed education at MBO level, preferably architecture of course.
• You have a VCA VOL certificate, which you can always obtain through us.
• Some work experience in the field of maintenance as a work planner.
• You are able to communicate well at different levels.
