Organisational and departmental description

We are looking for a work planner renovation projects for a medium-sized construction company. Projects are mainly in the North and East of the country, the company itself is based in south-east Drenthe and is involved in the entire construction process. From initiation phase to building maintenance and management.

Job information

As a work planner for renovation projects, you will mainly be involved in projects in the Emmen & Coevorden region. Your work consists on a daily basis:

As a work planner, you will take care of requests for quotations and arrange orders, as well as supporting the project leader in making quotations and purchases, among other things.
As the job title suggests, the work mainly involves renovations for housing associations and the business market.
In terms of content, as a work planner, you will draw up, among other things, the working drawings and outline plans and you will check data from suppliers.
You are involved in drawing up project and inspection plans.
You manage your projects in a file.
