As a Prospective Construction Superintendent, you will have the opportunity to expand your experience and knowledge as a carpenter with managerial tasks. You will work closely with experienced supervisors, learn the tricks of the trade and grow into a fully-fledged superintendent in your role. Job information

In this role, you will make the step from craftsman to executor. You will:

• Coordinate the day-to-day running of the construction site
• Ensure a safe working environment
• Supervise employees and subcontractors
• Create and monitor schedules
• Carry out quality checks and ensure that the work is carried out neatly and as agreed
• Being the link between the work preparation, the construction team and the client

You will do all this under the supervision of an experienced foreman, who will help you grow and manage your own projects.

Job requirements

What we ask of you:

• Experience as a carpenter and the ambition to grow
• MBO work and thinking level (preferably Architecture)
• VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Leadership qualities and good communication skills
• A flexible and independent work attitude
• Living in the north of the Netherlands or willing to travel there
