Clients include (semi)public authorities, developers, housing associations/cooperatives, construction companies, property owners and private individuals. Job information

As an EP consultant, your duties will include the following:

• Providing customers with sustainability advice, which you record in writing in a report
• Unburdening customers, from advice up to and including the completion of their projects.
• In time, you will independently carry out building surveys and make calculations for energy performance and energy labels for existing homes and utility buildings.

Job requirements

The ideal EP consultant will have the following:

• Preferably a completed technical HBO education, or due to your knowledge and experience you are now working at HBO level, with a completed MBO education.
• You want to obtain the certificates you need as an EP consultant, which are EP consultant for residential and non-residential construction, for the basic and detailed methods.
• You have a lot of customer contact, which requires good communication skills. Furthermore, we expect you to be eager to learn and enthusiastic, and you will eventually be able to work independently.
