For a growing construction company in the north of the Netherlands, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant for the financial department. In this role, you will be responsible for the invoicing process and ensure well-organised financial administration. Do you have an MBO+ working and thinking level and affinity with figures and finance? Then we are looking for you!
Job information
As an administrative assistant invoicing, you are an important link in the financial process. Your responsibilities are:
- Processing, checking and sending incoming and outgoing invoices
- Monitoring invoicing deadlines and payment processes
- Spotting discrepancies and ensuring correct follow-up
- Liaising with customers and suppliers on invoicing issues
- Supporting the financial department with various administrative tasks

Job requirements
Who are you?
- You have a completed MBO education in an administrative or financial field
- You work accurately, are numerically strong and have an eye for detail
- You have experience with financial administration or invoicing (preferred)
- You have good communication skills, are proactive and a team player
- Affinity with the construction sector is a plus
