Job information

As resident supervisor, you will relieve the supervisors and be responsible for resident supervision on renovation and maintenance projects. Below is a brief sample of your work:

• Collecting participation support to get a go for the project;
• Communicating to residents what will be done and when;
• Resolving residents' complaints on site;
• Interacting with colleagues.

Offer

We offer you a one-year contract and after this year you will be taken over by the client. The position is for a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 40 hours per week, which can be arranged in consultation. You will receive good remuneration, although this depends on your knowledge and experience. You will hold a diverse position, inside and outside, with a lot of freedom.

Job requirements

We expect the following qualities from the right candidate:

• Communication skills;
• Solution-oriented working;
• You stand your ground in sometimes tricky situations.

You do not necessarily need technical training, but we expect you to have technical affinity. In your work experience, you have held a similar position.
