Job information

What does the job of service & maintenance coordinator entail? You are occasionally involved in recording, you manage employees and subcontractors, you are a work planner and planner. You monitor the quality of the work, liaise with the housing association, tenants and other stakeholders. As service & maintenance coordinator, you will be working in a wide variety of fields, which must suit you.
