As Service & Maintenance Coordinator, you work independently and proactively. You ensure that the work runs smoothly, maintain an overview and know how to motivate both your team and subcontractors.

In the position of Coordinator Service & Maintenance, you are an all-rounder. Some of your duties include

• You perform recordings of activities
• You manage employees and subcontractors
• You work as a real work planner and planner
• You will monitor the quality of the work carried out
• You will liaise with housing corporations, tenants and other stakeholders
