What are you going to do as Co-operating Foreman?As a co-operating foreman, you are responsible for the realisation of new construction projects of varying size and complexity. You read complex construction drawings and translate them into practice. If no drawing is available, you are creative enough to make your own plan of action. You also carpenter and manage a team of carpenters, subcontractors and suppliers.

Your duties include:

• Planning and coordinating daily work on the construction site
• Managing tradesmen, subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitoring the progress, quality and safety of projects
• Timely call-off of materials and manpower
• Ensuring a safe working environment and correct site administration.

Job requirements

What we are looking for in an Associate Foreman:

• Construction knowledge and experience in industrial or non-residential construction
• Leadership qualities and a solution-oriented attitude
• The ability to read construction drawings and put them into practice
• A practical attitude and good communication skills
• Safety awareness and knowledge of building regulations
• In possession of driving license B
