Are you an experienced project leader with a passion for existing construction and people? For special projects in the province of Groningen, we are looking for a Project Leader Structural Strengthening. In this role, you will lead projects where not only the construction is central, but also the people involved. It involves existing building projects aimed at strengthening and making homes more sustainable. You will combine your construction expertise with strong communication skills to make a difference.

Job information

As project manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of structural reinforcement projects. You manage teams, monitor progress and quality and communicate with residents, clients and colleagues. Working together in a broader context is crucial in this role. You will ensure a good end result as well as a positive experience for residents.

Your tasks:

• Coordinating reinforcement projects in existing buildings
• Planning and managing the project team and external parties
• Monitoring quality, finances and planning
• Communicating with residents and clients in a clear and involved way
• Contribute to a safe working environment and a positive project climate.
