For a well-established contractor, we are looking for a Project Leader Sustainable Rehabilitation. You will be working in the sustainable restoration team, from the government a huge task lies ahead over the next 10 to 15 years. It is a unique project with 2 important pillars, namely significantly reducing repetitive damage and satisfied residents. Job information

• You will be responsible with your project team for the sustainable restoration of homes in the earthquake area.
• You are in contact with various stakeholders, both private owners and housing cooperatives.
• You have to come up with innovative, distinctive and customer-oriented solutions for this unique project.
• Coaching and motivating your colleagues is second nature to you, this is something you will be doing with some regularity.

Job requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Has demonstrable experience as a project manager (preferably renovation/maintenance) and you have HBO working and thinking level.
• Can work independently and does not mind bearing financial and technical responsibility.
• Quick and active switching between the various partners is part of your job; you must be able to cope with this and enjoy it.
• A coach and inspirational leader for his/her team.
