The Existing Building Project Organiser is involved in his/her projects from start to finish, and the Project Organiser is also the one who supervises the process during execution. This is a very varied job, in which you can organise both large and small projects. You are a spider in the web between clients, suppliers, subcontractors and colleagues. In short, if you are the old school organiser and have good knowledge of construction, you could be the Project Organiser for Existing Buildings we are looking for!
As an Existing Construction Project Organiser, you can receive an excellent salary that matches your knowledge and experience. Secondary conditions are also well regulated, think 25 holidays + 13 ATV days based on full-time employment. You can really develop yourself in this role and within this company.
