Job information

This is a very diverse position, as service coordinator construction you will organise all service work and breakdowns from intake, planning to execution and aftercare. Here are some of the tasks

• Managing employees in various disciplines and ensuring proper administrative processing.
• Supervising the work to be carried out, liaising with subcontractors.
• Ensuring thorough planning in consultation with residents, colleagues and subcontractors.
• Thinking along with the company and always working on improvements.

Job requirements

We expect the following from you:

• As a person, you are someone who thinks customer-oriented and has the discipline to perform this job.
• You have affinity with construction and preferably experience as a service coordinator construction or a similar position.
• You have an HBO working and thinking level.
• You are proactive and also have an eye for detail.
