Are you an experienced carpenter who enjoys contributing to tenants' housing enjoyment? Or have you just graduated and are ready to get started? We are looking for a driven carpenter for a housing association in Heerenveen. Heerenveen, known for its sporting history and beautiful residential areas, offers an inspiring working environment where you, as a carpenter, can really make a difference. This housing association works on various renovation and maintenance projects in and around Heerenveen. We attach great value to quality, craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Job information

As a carpenter at this housing foundation, you will work on a variety of challenging projects. Your work will range from carrying out repairs and maintenance work on homes to supporting larger renovation projects. You will work both independently and as part of a team and have a keen eye for detail. From installing window frames and doors to carrying out roof constructions and interior panelling, you will ensure that every job is done expertly. You are also the point of contact for tenants and ensure good communication and customer satisfaction.

• Remuneration scheme in accordance with the Construction Collective Labour Agreement.

Job requirements

As a carpenter, you will bring the following:

• A carpentry education at MBO-2/3 level.
• A VCA diploma or willingness to obtain one through us.
• Good knowledge of materials and trades.
• A driving licence (B).
• Customer-friendliness and communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and an eye for detail.
