Commissioned by Instituut Mijnbouwschade Groningen, our client is in a joint project team responsible for the sustainable restoration of buildings in the Northern Netherlands. A project for the next 10 years, our client is also involved in this project. Job information

As a contractor with our client, you will be the one in overall charge on our projects. You are enterprising and, among other things, deal independently with the planning and execution of work based on a work plan. You act as the first point of contact for the client, any subcontractors, our project leader and colleagues. You have strong communication skills and a strong character.

Job requirements

You have an affinity for construction and good technical insight. We would also like to see the following in you:

• at least MBO level 4 working and thinking level; preferably in a technical direction (construction/civil);
• a valid VCA certificate;
• driving licence B;
• knowledge of quality, health & safety and environment in relation to the work;
• good communication skills;
• a structured working style;
• good computer skills;
• sense of responsibility;
• team player;
• stress resistance;
• a result-oriented attitude.
