As a work planner for renovation projects, you will mainly be involved in projects in the Emmen & Coevorden region. Your work consists on a daily basis:

• As a work planner, you will take care of requests for quotations and arrange orders, as well as supporting the project leader in making quotations and purchases, among other things.
• As the job title suggests, the work mainly involves renovations for housing associations and the business market.
• In terms of content, as a work planner, you will draw up, among other things, the working drawings and outline plans and you will check data from suppliers.
• You are involved in drawing up project and inspection plans.
• You manage your projects in a file.

In this role as a work planner for renovation projects, we expect the following from you:

• Preferably work experience as a work planner on renovation projects.
• At least a completed MBO degree in architecture.
