Are you the work planner we are looking for?For a contractor who has been the construction partner of a leading hospital in Groningen for more than 90 years, we are looking for a Work Planner Rebuilding and Renovation. In this role, you will work on challenging projects in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. From small adjustments to major renovations, you will be the one to steer everything in the right direction.

Job information

As a work planner, you will be responsible for the process and technical coordination of various remodelling and renovation projects. You will work closely with your project team, taking into account both technical challenges and the unique dynamics of a hospital.

Your tasks include:

• Preparing and planning projects.
• Calculating and coordinating work.
• Communicating with clients, care providers and your team.
• Monitoring planning, quality and budget.
• Visualising plans with Revit and Autocad.
• Optimising processes, preferably with lean methodologies.

Job requirements

What are we looking for in you?

• A completed intermediate vocational degree in architecture.
• At least several years of experience in conversion and renovation projects.
• Knowledge of planning, calculation, Revit and Autocad.
• Strong communicator and a real team player.
• Commercial insight and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to maintain an overview, even under time pressure.
